Firemen’s Park, Kingston

Firemen’s Park was dedicated in 1977 on the 200th anniversary of the burning of Kingston by the British Army during the American Revolution. It serves as a memorial to those who risk their lives to help others. The sculpture seen here depicts the heroic rescue scene at the wreckage of the World Trade Center.
