Stratton Falls refers to both the beautiful 50-foot waterfall located in the town of Roxbury, New York and the small rural community that once thrived around the falls.
Stratton Falls takes its name from Joseph and Samuel Stratton, brothers who fought in the Revolutionary War and settled in the falls area in the early 1790s.
