Margaretville area, Delaware County

The remnants of this stone hunting camp known as Camp Beaver are located in a secluded valley in the Margaretville area. Hunting cabins such as this often offer only the most rudimentary accommodations, being a place to get out of the rain, wind and cold. This one appears to have been long since abandoned.
