Kingston offers a popular base from which to sail along the Hudson River. Within a short distance, boaters can view famous mansions and historic lighthouses. Nearby sights include the Rondout Lighthouse, the Esopus Meadows Lighthouse, Mills Mansion, Wyndclyffe, the Vanderbuilt Mansion and much more. The downtown area of Kingston, known as the Rondout District, offers a number of marinas at which to store your vessel.
